Power Washing
We offer services in any area within a 15-mile radius of Brighton, MI.
We are able to travel outside of the above areas for a travel fee. The price will depend on the total travel mileage and the number of vehicles and techs we need (the size of the job).

It can be difficult to gauge how often your house will need to be powerwashed. But a good trick to know when your house is due is to simply run your finger across your siding and see if there is any dirt present. Visible signs of algae, mold, and dirt, are also good indicators that it’s time to schedule your house washing. Michigan has extreme weather conditions and it is recommended by Elite Exterior Cleaning to have your house washed every 1-3 years.
Most of our customers are not at their homes when we perform our services, but please remember to clear your driveway, put away fragile decorations, and close all of your windows prior to our service.
Once we’ve completed your pressure washing, you can return to your regular daily routine and activities. It’s a good idea to wait for surfaces to dry before using them for walkways or any area that sees foot traffic. The drier the surface, the lower the risk of slipping and falling. Other than that, it’s business as usual almost immediately following our cleaning services.
